"deep down, right now, Dom, Vince, Brian and Mike are all sharing the same Fate, if with a different purpose and results."

Now that's the truth, it's like all of them are in this ride together, whether they know it or not. Vince has always been there for Dom. When Dom ended up in prison, Vince went on to protect other members of the team that needed it. Mia didn't need him anymore and everyone else was gone. Left Letty. It's fucked up, sure, but what else could he do?

In a way it's good that Dom ended up in prison, it really changed the direction of his life, which is what he needed.

Mike...sigh...
((smooches))

I always like Vince character. Always saw him as the kind of guy that who die for Dom without giving a second thought. Vince would have follow Dom to hell and back just to make sure Dom was safe. maybe because he's loyal or maybe because it was the right thing to do, even if everything went to hell.
So, now, I understand why Vince stayed with Letty. Even though he wants out, he wants better, his blind loyalty doesn't allow him to leave her on her own to face all that shit. I'm thinking Vince wouldn't be able to live with his conscience if he did any other thing.

The same way I do understand Dom needing to go and see how Vince was living. He was right when he said Brian that he could have ended up living the same way. Of course, Mia would have end up marrying at some point, keeping ahed with her life and Dom would have been left to share with life with another Letty or another Heather. So, I'm damn glad Amber showed up in his life, because she really saved him from himself.
I understand why Dom wanted to check. It seems that there's hope for Vince after all and now I'm sure Dom would do everything he can not only to stop them but also to protect Vince from himself.

I guess I'm not the only one believing in Fate, eh?

Now, Mike...*sighs*...I'm guessing all this clarity that is pushing him forward, to do what has to be done might end up costing him everything. His fierce determination to do the right thing is very similar to Vince's and Dom's determination.
These three men are in for a hell of a ride, they know the risks and still they can't stop from going ahead as far as it takes because it's what has to be done. their motivations are different and their goals too, but deep down, right now, Dom, Vince, Brian and Mike are all sharing the same Fate, if with a different purpose and results.

You left me sitting at the edge of my chair. building up tension is a natural skill you have while writing, EG. You better not let me waiting for a long time because I'm not sure I'd be able to stop myself from chewing on my nails, woman :-)
Absolutely wonderful setting for the action to come. Woohoo!!
Love you!
