As many of you know, I’m a great supporter of the browser Firefox. If you’re not running it, you should be. But there are times when you upgrade to a newer version and something just goes kerflooey.

Such is the case of the latest upgrade. No matter what I did, I could not stay logged on to my sites. They’d log me out constantly and it was driving me batshit.

Fear not!

Another one of the things I love about Firefox is the community and no sooner had the problem appeared than a fix was out there. So, if you’re having trouble with this crazy quirk…

close Firefox, go to your profile folder and rename cookies.sqlite to cookies.tmp
Restart Firefox, log into those sites and then see if it remembers the logins.
