Presented without comment because, really, what could I say that this beautiful video doesn’t say for me?

A Beautiful Glimpse of the Milky Way From Spain’s Tallest Mountain:
Certainly, Norwegian photographer Terje Sorgjerd has a talent for capturing the awe-inspiring. Taken on El Teide in the Canary Islands, this time lapse captures the Milky Way galaxy overhead as sand wafts across the landscape as gold clouds. [The Awesomer][gizmodo]
This was filmed between 4th and 11th April 2011. I had the pleasure of visiting El Teide.
Spain´s highest mountain @(3715m) is one of the best places in the world to photograph the stars and is also the location of Teide Observatories, considered to be one of the world´s best observatories. [Via: Vimeo]
This is an old video but it popped up again on Urlesque, and I never get tired of hearing it. Put down your drink before you splash your keyboard!
