Luna had her eyes fixed on her lap and she was squeezing the fringes of her shawl with one hand so tightly that her knuckles were white. She was chewing her lower lip and a heavy sigh escaped her lips.

Vin stopped his car in front of the iron gates and fingered the security code to open them. He drove along the path to the house when suddenly something caught his attention.

Tuesday. Vin had his arms encircling Luna’s body and both were under the sheet. One of his hands was resting on a breast, the other on her belly and one of his legs between hers.

Vin had spent the morning locked inside his office, trying to keep his mind focused on business, but it had been almost impossible. No matter what he tried to do, he couldn’t stop thinking about Luna and the weekend with her.

Chapter 14 Monday. Vin blinked his sleep away slowly and then he looked down at Luna who was peacefully asleep, clasped at his body. Her breath was even and she seemed completely relaxed in his arms.
